• Resale value.

Random contents and outcomes are not product defects.

HAPPYSTAR does not guarantee future market value, resale value or investment performance.

Changes in market price after purchase do not create a right to cancel, return or receive a refund, except where required by applicable law.

6. PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available on the website.

9. PAYMENT

Payment approval is determined by the applicable payment provider, bank or card issuer.

HAPPYSTAR does not guarantee that a particular payment method will be available or approved.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation within 6 hours after payment, provided that processing, packing or fulfillment has not started.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

After processing or fulfillment begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

11. SHIPPING

Shipping destinations, methods, estimated delivery times and charges are governed by the Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, weather and other circumstances outside HAPPYSTAR’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

12. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS

Duties and taxes are included only when the selected shipping method or checkout page explicitly states that they are included.

Otherwise, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other destination-country fees.

Customers are responsible for checking whether products may legally be imported into their destination.

13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, replacements and order-issue claims are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

Except where required by applicable law, opened, unsealed, used or altered trading cards and collectible products are final sale.

14. WHOLESALE ORDERS

Retail website prices, free-shipping offers and retail policies do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.

Wholesale orders are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase confirmation, contract or other written terms agreed between HAPPYSTAR and the wholesale customer.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and an agreed wholesale document, the agreed wholesale document will apply to that wholesale order.
