Product Information
What products does HAPPYSTAR sell?
HAPPYSTAR sells trading card products, booster products,
gift boxes, figures, blind boxes, toys and character
collectibles. Our current selection includes Simplified
Chinese Pokémon TCG and Simplified Chinese Riftbound products.
What language are the trading cards?
The card language is shown on each product page. Products
marked “Simplified Chinese” contain Simplified Chinese cards
and packaging unless otherwise stated.
How can I confirm the package configuration?
Please review the product description, SKU, package format
and configuration before ordering. These details explain
whether the product is supplied as a single item, display box,
gift box or master case.
Will the packaging look exactly like the product image?
Product images are provided for reference. Minor differences
in labels, colors or packaging details may occur between
production batches without changing the main product.
Can I choose the contents of a random product?
No. Booster packs, blind boxes and other random products do
not guarantee a specific card, character, rarity or result
unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
Are unwanted pull results considered a defect?
No. Random cards, pull results, character selection and rarity
outcomes are part of the original product format and are not
considered product defects.

Shipping and Delivery
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 24 hours after
payment confirmation. Pre-orders, public holidays, payment
reviews or unusually high order volumes may require additional
processing time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Eligible orders over US$100 may receive free shipping where
the offer is available and displayed during checkout.
Availability may vary according to destination, product type
and shipping method.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination, selected shipping
method, carrier operations, customs processing and local
delivery conditions. Any delivery date shown is an estimate
rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent through the shipping
confirmation email after your order has been dispatched.
Available updates can also be viewed through your customer
account.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties,
import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination
country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these
charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment options may vary according to the customer’s location,
currency and the payment services currently available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact HAPPYSTAR as soon as possible. Changes and
cancellations can only be considered before the order enters
processing or fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the collectible and sealed nature of trading cards,
gift boxes and random products, returns and exchanges are not
accepted for change of mind. Opened, unsealed or used products
cannot be returned.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your
order number, photos of the outer shipping package, photos of
the shipping label and clear photos or video showing the issue.
What happens after I report an eligible order issue?
After reviewing the information provided, HAPPYSTAR may offer
an appropriate solution such as a replacement, partial refund,
full refund or another agreed resolution, depending on the
issue and product availability.
