Who can join the Wholesale Program?
The program is intended for registered businesses, professional resellers, retailers, distributors and established commercial sellers.
HAPPYSTAR may request a business registration number, tax number, website, marketplace store or active social media sales page before approving an application.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary according to the product, packaging format and current inventory.
Many wholesale products are supplied by sealed display, sealed case or another defined wholesale configuration. The applicable minimum quantity will be shown in the quotation.

How is wholesale pricing provided?
Wholesale prices are quotation-based and depend on the product, quantity, packaging configuration, stock availability and order period.
Prices displayed on the retail website should not be treated as confirmed wholesale prices.

Where are wholesale orders shipped from?
HAPPYSTAR wholesale products are primarily prepared and shipped from China.
The shipping location and available method will be confirmed according to the product, inventory and delivery destination.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated separately according to order weight, carton dimensions, destination, shipping method and any special delivery requirements.
The estimated shipping cost will be confirmed before the wholesale order is finalized.

Can wholesale customers pre-order new releases?
Selected products may be available for wholesale pre-order, subject to release schedules, allocation and available quantity.
A pre-order request does not guarantee allocation until HAPPYSTAR confirms the quantity and payment arrangement.

What payment methods are available?
Available currencies, payment methods and payment instructions will be stated in the applicable quotation or proforma invoice.
An order is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and verified.

Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for understanding and paying customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other destination-country fees.
Wholesale applicants should review the import requirements in their country before confirming an order.

Can I request an invoice?
Please provide your complete company name, billing address, registration details and any invoice requirements when submitting your application.
Available invoice documentation will be confirmed before payment.

Does approval guarantee product availability?
No. Approval allows HAPPYSTAR to discuss wholesale opportunities with your business, but individual products remain subject to inventory, allocation and release availability.
