Tracking becomes available after your order has been processed, dispatched and assigned a tracking number.

After dispatch, HAPPYSTAR will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking link or tracking number.

Sign in using the email address associated with your order to review available order, fulfillment and delivery updates.

Contact HAPPYSTAR

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Tracking Not Available Yet?

A tracking number is not generated immediately after an order is placed. It becomes available after the order has been prepared and handed to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Has Stopped Updating?

International tracking may pause while a package is moving between countries, undergoing customs processing or waiting for a local delivery scan.

Order support: When contacting us, include your order number, checkout email address and any available tracking number so we can locate the correct order more quickly.
